HandsOn
Therapy
seeks
students
who have
a desire
to
embark
on a new
career
and
those
who
project
a
reasonable
probability
of
achieving
the
educational
requirements
needed.
Minimum
entry
level
requirements
are:
High
School
Diploma
or GED
Physical,
mental,
financial
and
emotional
capabilities
of
completing
all
areas of
the
program
Free of
Criminal
Convictions
within
the past
5 years
(a
student
may be
ineligible
for
registration
if
he/she
has been
convicted
of or
entered
a plea
of nolo
contendere
or
guilty
to or
received
deferred
adjudication
to
crimes
of
offenses
involving
prostitution
or
sexual
offenses;
or
convicted
of a
violation
of the
“act”
within
the last
five
years)
Driver’s
license
or other
valid
form of
picture
identification
Age 17
years or
older
with
written
parental
consent
for
minors

Next, schedule an
appointment with our
Admissions
Department. They
will gladly set up a

campus. You will

Obtain more details on
our programs and
workshops
Select the class of
your choice (based
on availability)
Complete application
if not already
completed.
Schedule an appointment
for Title IV
application (if
needed).
Please be aware that a
$250 non-refundable

Title IV financing. You may

Our class size is
limited. A maximum
of 24 students
are allowed per
class. Enroll early
to ensure the
availability of your

If you are
applying for
financial aid you
will need to meet
with our financial
aid processor to
complete your Title
IV application. You
will need to have
your previous years
tax returns to
complete your FAFSA
if you have not done
so already.

Prepare a hand
written essay
explaining why you
want to become a
Massage Therapist.
And, obtain a Letter
of Recommendation
preferably from a
Health Care
Provider.

Once
your application
(and applicable
Title IV) paperwork
is complete, you
will meet with the
school
Director to
determine final
eligibility for
school entrance
where you will
complete enrollment
paper work. You will
need a copy of your
High School Diploma
or GED along with a
Copy of your Social
Security Card and
Drivers License or
other form of
identification.
