Online Appointment Instructions

1.  Open Internet Explorer

2.  Type www.handsontherapyspa.com in the address bar

3.  On the upper right hand corner of the front page, there is a link:     go to online appointments and gift certificates.  Click on this link.

4.  If this is your first time to visit our online booking system, register in the space provided.  If you are a returning customer to our online booking system, type in your user name and password.

5.  After successful sign-in and/or sign-up, you will be directed to a page that shows available appointments for all of our therapists.

6.  We think it is easiest to use our “Find An Appointment” option.  You will see this option button on the upper left hand of the page. 

7.  To “Find An Appointment”, you will first see the “What Are You Looking For” section.  Select the type of appointment you want. (For this example, we will use the option that you are looking for a 1 hour intern massage on next Tuesday, July 1.)

8.  “What Kind of Swedish Massage, Intern Are You Looking For?”  Select “Swedish Massage 50 min” (or whatever other appointment type you need).

9.  “Who Would You Like to Have Your Appointment With?”  You have the option to select “Show Me All Therapists” or “Select a Specific Therapist”.  If you have no preference, select that option.  If you want to select a specific therapist, a drop down menu that lists all interns will appear. Select the intern of choice.   Or, you can select based on Male or Female therapists.

10.  “When Would You Like Your Appointment?”  Select the date, day of the week and time of day you desire.  (All days are automatically checked for this option.  Simple click on the days you do NOT want to consider and they will un-select.)

11.  Now that all your preferences have been input, click on the “Search” button at the bottom of the page.

12.  You will see all available appointments listed for the time you requested, on the day you requested.  Select the time and therapist of your choice.

13.  The next screen shows the details of your selection, as well as a space available for any notes or comments you want to convey to our office.

14.  If all is correct, select “Make a Single Appointment”.

15.  You have now entered the payment area.  To finalize booking your appointment payment by VISA or Mastercard must be made.

16.  Once you have purchased your appointment, you will see a confirmation page of your appointment.
