Critz Technique
The
Critz Technique™ is all about zero pain. This unique protocol of soft
tissue releases is designed to restore balance to the musculoskeletal system
naturally utilizing Classic Muscle Energy Technique, Positional Release
Therapy, and Cross Fiber Friction Massage. One benefit of this work is that
the client does not remove any clothing. A nonabrasive approach to bodywork,
it is gentle on the client and will add years to the therapist's career … a
win, win situation for all.
Assessment is an integral part of the Critz Technique™. As such, students of
this class will enhance their assessment skills as well as increase
understanding of musculoskeletal imbalances and how to correct them.
Therapists trained in the Critz Technique™ should increase their
opportunities to work in the medical, rehabilitative, and the athletic
fields. 6

Fibromyalgia affects approximately 3-6 million
people in the U.S., mostly women, according to lead

symptoms -- pain, stiffness, fatigue, depression --
