The Student Consumer Information Regulations of the United States Department of Education require schools to provide their students access to certain information to which they are entitled as consumers. In order to comply with this requirement, HandsOn Therapy Schools is distributing the following information to each prospective and enrolled student.

For each targeted area, the document includes a brief description; the office address where the information may be found; a phone number; and, where appropriate, a Web address.
